Where do you deliver the products?
We deliver pan India and undertake international shipments too.

What is the delivery time period?
Orders time are delivered within 2-7 business working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address. For customised orders products will be shipped out 3-4 days after the order is placed as these products are made to order.

I have placed an order but now I have changed my mind and need to cancel the order

You can cancel an order within a maximum of 24 hours of the order being placed. Since we want you to receive the product as soon as possible we may ship the product immediately after the order is placed. Therefore, if your order has not been dispatched they will be accepted for cancellation. However if your order has been dispatched already the cancellation will not be approved. Orders once placed for the gift box cannot be cancelled.

I can’t find my delivery? Help!
Don’t worry. If you have your order number and your delivery hasn’t arrived within the given time frame mentioned on the website then get in touch with us at[email protected]  with your order ID and tracking number and we will help you locate your package as soon as possible.
